Privacy policy
This policy explains what information The Kings AI LLC (“The Kings”, “we”, “us”) collects through the website thekings.ai and through the applications we operate, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email info@thekings.ai.

The website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or fingerprinting. We do not buy personal information.
Connecting bank accounts through Plaid
Our administration app uses Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) to connect financial accounts. When an account is connected, you sign in to your bank through Plaid’s interface; your bank credentials go to Plaid and your bank, never to us. Plaid then gives us account and transaction information for the accounts you choose. You agree to Plaid’s handling of your data as described in the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. You can disconnect an account at any time, which removes our access to it.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide the services you ask for.
- To keep the company’s books, prepare tax filings and meet legal obligations.
- To secure our systems and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our services, under their terms and only as needed:
- Vercel: hosts our website and applications.
- Supabase: stores application data in an encrypted database.
- Plaid: connects financial accounts, as described above.
- Google: provides sign-in for our staff, and serves the fonts used on this website (your browser requests them from Google).
- xAI: helps categorize transactions in our administration app. It receives only a transaction’s description, merchant, amount, date and bank-provided category, never names, account numbers or contact details.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
How long we keep it
- Contact and demo requests: up to 3 years after our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask us to delete them.
- Financial records: 7 years, as required for tax records.
- Bank connection access: removed when the account is disconnected.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest. Access is limited to authorized staff using multi-factor authentication. Bank access tokens are stored only on our servers and are never exposed to web browsers. We follow a written information security policy that we review at least once a year.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@thekings.ai. We will respond within 30 days. We may keep records we are legally required to retain. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor them.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. Significant changes will be highlighted here.
